We've been having this for breakfast 3-4 times per week this summer. You can swap around the berries you use here depending on your preference (they're all still so cheap in Australia at the moment), or use some mango instead of banana if that's what you have on hand.
Cacao nibs add crunch and antioxidants, while ground flax seeds (linseeds) provide extra fibre and omega-3 fatty acid, which help with digestion and lower cholesterol. Add a sprinkle of cinnamon if that's your jam!

1 punnet blueberries, washed
a few strawberries, washed and sliced
1 banana, peeled and sliced
1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
1 tbsp raw cacao nibs
small handful of walnuts or pecans
dash of plant milk
