Flours: all our flours are stone-ground, wholegrain, and certified sustainable - Wholegrain Milling Co, Gunnedah (NSW)
Chocolate: 55% Peruvian
Sugar: organic rapadura - gently evaporated cane juice, uncrystallized (Sri Lanka)
Oils: organic, non-chemically deodorized coconut oil; Australian cold pressed canola oil
Others: Australian organic oat milk; blackstrap molasses
